Daniel Christian’s “Lay Down Your Burdens” is the fifth show to have toured from COLSAC. Examining the struggles and temptations of everyday life, “Burdens” displays the relationship many people have with the world, each other and how they deal with their situations. Not only will this heartwarming musical drama make you laugh while you recognize your own family members from the show, but it will make you cry as you witness the struggle these strong people survived. The powerful message this show portrays is not only relevant today, but will encourage you tell it to future generations to come.
It will hold its first performance at the Niles Theater in Bakersfield, CA; Sunday, February 24, 2008 at 6pm. Tickets are $15 at the door, $10 in advance & $20 with dinner.
